curl routes... ya basically useless in this game... everytime you do a curl route the defender jumps the pass and intercepts it... and half the time the receiver stops behind the defender so if you do throw it that way its even easier to intercept because the ball is thrown to the defender not the receiver

oh and btw... about the deep pass.... when you lead them deep they just watch the ball fly over their heads

have u tried takin control of the receiver after the throw? that works!!

try reading the coverage and releasing the ball at the proper time...i find that helps...

i get man to man alot with ted ginn vs some scrub and i lob it deep and the pass is close...i take over as ginn and hold turbo and press Y as the ball is coming near me and the he jsut watchs the ball sail past him.. about 3 yards past me.... and if you dive they dont even try to catch it... it just bounces off their body like they are trying to tackle someone

Have you tried throwing it before the curl? I anticipate his break and it works a good amount of the time. Every now and then the DB will jump the route and pick it off. But hey, thats football.
