I was playing someone online and was told that running the PA QB Choice plays with a run pass option with the QB is cheesing? Could someone please explain...I run this exact offense with my HS team and it can be easily stop and likewise with the right personel can really help a team move the ball. What do you think?

Not at all, most play-action boots are run-pass options. Sounds like the guy was just mad because he couldn't stop it.
