Damn I asked for a real time weather feature years ago, good to see it wasn't a pipe dream after all.

60 frames per second may just be the news I need to check this game out.

Also, at a Weather Channel exclusive deal. Sounds like a neat feature, though.

60 fps, branching animations and gang tackles sound good, hopefully the days of bouncing off engaged players are gone. This may be a great game.

If I understand this Weather Channel thing right, I am not sure I like it.
Lets say it is January and you are starting a season with some team up north. It is snowing in real life, but it shouldn't be snowing during September anywhere in the U.S. Likewise, lets say it is July and you are at the end of the season with some team up north, it shouldn't be 90 degrees.
Is this the way this is going to work?

NCAA runs at a smooth 60 frames per second, has gang tackles, bruising hits and raucous crowds that don't stop for anything, not even the pause menu.

Previews of the new football games, every year, get me excited only to be let down when the game is released. Hopefully that is not the case this time around cause it sounds great.

I don't think that's the way it is going to work........

I think there will be an in-game weather map that is not affected by what happens in real life......

I imagine there will be weather systems like cold fronts sweeping eastward and rain moving eastward as the days and weeks in your dynasty pass along.......

Like if there is a Thursday game in LSU, and there is rain, on Saturday day games that same rain system will be in the Carolinas........

They might even include hurricanes that nip the Gainesville area one week and eventually go to the Boston area a dynasty week after.

Maybe if you go deep enough into dynasty mode, global warming will come into effect and there could be 135 degree temperatures at Sun Devil Stadium.

EDIT: You're probably right for exhibition and/or online games, there would be an option to kickoff with the exact same weather conditions. Obviously that would have to be optional because the 360 may or may not be hooked up to online.

I still don't think the exact weather deal will come into play in the dynasty mode.
