Yeah now that im thinking about it, it was madden on current gen maybe 05 or 06 that had some combo zone/man things in it. Not that it matters cause madden is awful.

You could always just manually play man on one side with a corner. In Cover 2-3-4

Oklahoma I know what you mean. What they really need is multiple quarters coverages. That's how you get the mixed coverages like that. I remember how we used to call it, but I'm not going to post it here LOL.
