Too high or too low? He's a complete stud and was ridic in high school, but he's done nothing as a receiver in college.

Harvin has proven he can be an all-around threat. He has yet to prove his worth strictly as a WR.

I like where Addarius Bowman is....

Malcolm Kelly could be a bit higher....around the 7 to 10 range IMO
