Adding a little bit more to this description.

In Closed Legacy mode-You have to start out at one of the "bottom feeder" schools in D1. Lets say one of the worse 30 programs in D1.

At the end of every season coaches retire or get fired, and you have the chance to be offered a better job, if you win enough and reach other milestones that allow you to raise your coaching ratings-which essentially start off in the "C" range.

Conferences are ranked from-small, mid-major, major, and Power. It usually takes about 8-12 seasons(If you win) to get from a small to a Power school. People try to work their way up to their dream job, but quite often you never get it because of all of the random elements working against you. It sure is fun(IMO) trying though.

I always play closed legacy in CHOOPS and if it was in NCAA football I would play it instead of open mode.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Re: "Revolutionary Dynasty Mode"

I had a thought. What if they used info from Rivals.com or Scouts.com for recruits, and those recruits were the ones available in your Dynasty (with different names of course)?

What has been confirmed for this years Dynasty mode? I remember hearing something about the promises you make to recruits carry over into their time at your school.

The were going to use Rivals a couple years ago, but something happened and they removed it the last minute. I don't thing we ever really found out what made things fall through.

I would love to see a National Signing Day added to dynasty.

That'd be great if they added real recruits with the same initials as the recruits in real life like MLB 2k did with their minor leaguers.

Re: "Revolutionary Dynasty Mode"

ncaa shut the rivals.com thing down. rivals makes money off of the players it has on its sight. ncaa told tiburon that they could not affliate with any site that makes money of players. that was all there was to it. there was a press release about it when it happened. thats all i remember about it.
