But seriously, I don't hate EA, I just strongly disagree with the way they do things there. They are not driven whatsoever to improve inherent issues, they are a rinky dink outfit who just wants to push out a product every year instead of taking a step back & doing things correctly.

And I don't think very many people who work there are very intelligent

The specific WR designations would simply be for playbook/playcalling purposes, so instead of your Splitend being the WR1 you could set someone at SE.

Any WR could still play any position, but maybe you would get a team chemistry boost for playing the same players at the some positions for a certain amount of time, instead of switching everyone around all the time.

Their weights and strengths were within 5 pounds, they had a 1'' height difference, and their 40 times were identical. I don't think that the coaches originally planned to have LS and RS, but that's the way it worked out. They were always in the same spot.
