Pffffft. Or else what? They'd have him locked up for printing out a voucher he saw online saying he could get a game early? Please. That is not a crime in any way, shape, or form. I mean, it's not like he was trying to steal a copy or anything like that.

Had some jackass manager of a retail store tried something like that with me, I'd have come back later that day with my attorney...who just happens to be a 300 pound Samoan alcoholic with a drug problem, a bad heart, and a serious beef with a bookie named "Savage Henry."

Here is how I would approach it.

"I have a cousin who works for Electronic Arts and he sent me this coupon to pick up the game early. I'm not sure if it is legit but he said it should work at participating retailers and said was one."

This way you cover your *** from trouble and probably get the game.
