How to download/upload rosters for 360?

I really wish we could transfer these things with a flash drive. Or any way other than blowing $40+ on something I'd use once a year. I love having rosters, but it's just not worth it.

Right, and I would for college bball too, but I'm just saying, you use it for like 5 minutes out of the year. 40 bones is a lot to drop on something that is essentially going to collect dust. I'll just auto name and re-name what I can.
