Dynasty pitches - which ones change?

So I was playing dynasty mode last night with my alma mater, Michigan. Pretty easy to recruit well there, and the pitches corresponded accordingly. I did notice that after two years, however, only one pitch changed - program stability.

What I'm wondering is if all of the pitches change, just some, or only a select few. For example, if I take Poopstick Community College (Michigan State?), and their facilities are ranked "fair," will that someday improve to elite if I keep winning? Or are colleges that start out poorly doomed to always be cursed no matter their success?

I'm wondering about this as well. I would guess that some things, like facilities, would always stay the same, since there is no way to upgrade.

Maybe we can get someone to sim 10-15 years and see what happens? Id be interested to see how dynamic recruiting is. If it does change based on program, supposed draft picks, championshsips, that would be a great way to play, a reward for building and sustaining a program

A Michigan fan who's actually and alum? You don't see that as often in the wild as you'd think.

Your question is very interesting to me. I think it touches on the possibility of added depth to the dynasty mode that I'd not even considered. It's almost like the financial piece of the NFL franchise. I sure hope this is in the game, though I suspect that, were it the case, it would be more evident and you'd have some faculty to check your progress in increasing your status in these categories. Maybe not.
