QB Auto Drop back PS3

I like having the CPU drop my QB while I scan the defenses but I noticed that my QB doesn't do this sometimes. It seemed to happen more on the 3 step drop passes. Am I doing something wrong to see this happen once in awhile. I don't see an option for the auto drop back like the PS2 had - is it just built in or did I miss it in an option screen somewhere? Again it doesn't happen too often but a couple times a game I see my QB just stand there after taking the snap.

It's built in. The only times I'e had that problem are when I inadvertently touched the LS. The instant you do that the cpu stops controlling the qb's movements.

On some routes they take a real quick drop. On slants it looks like they just stand there.

Yeah, dont always rely on the CPU dropping the QB back for you, itll end up in a brutal sack sometimes... I think we all know this from experience lol.
