I'm guessing it's just part of the mode. I get the one where your friend stops by and asks to play a game of NCAA 08 a lot to.

Its not a glitch. They're just not making you take stupid test this year.

Yea it was don or purpose, no glitch, just avoids you wasting time taking a test.
