Disc unreadable after passing touchdowns

Does anyone get the disc is unreadable error after passing for a touchdown? I have been getting this,its strange.

The issue is with the programming... according to most 'normal' ncaa 08 360 games, you are supposed to be throwing INTs, not TDs.

ON TOPIC: Just return the disc, not much else can be done. It's not anyone's 360. Luckily, I've had it for 30+ and I've barely turned off my 360 and I've not had one error or freeze so far.

Lol, I'm sorry, but lack of skill? I don't think it's a lack of skill when a LB is facing the wrong way instantly jumps up/twirls in midair to intercept a pass. That's just pure bull****.

Back on topic... I had 3 DDEs my first night playing my dynasty...I could not finish the game. I then turned on my system by opening the disc tray (the little arrow button to the left), and closing it using the same button...I haven't had an issue since...I'm now in the offseason.
