not work in Dynasty? I played my first game and it wasnt correct. It worked fine when i did play now.

I'm pretty sure dynasty generates its own weather conditions.

real time weather does not work period, every time I use it during the Play Now option, it is 75 degrees and partly cloudy

I would say that it would not work in dynasty because you are not playin a "real time" game. Hense, why would you want summer weather for a dynasty game for Boise St. in December?

I know you have to set it up first on the main menu screen online. I figured the Dynasty mode wouldnt work though.

yeah, the weather channel doesn't know weather conditions in the future.

No it doesn't work in Dynasty, nor should it, as has been said, it would make no sense if it worked in Dynasty. If it did then when you're playing week 1 in your Dynasty in January every game would be a snow game.
