I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to supstitute a certain player in for a certain formation on the 360 version? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the menus.

There should be a section for formation subs I believe. Altough I'm not for certain about that.

Nope can't do it, this is one of the major non-gameplay issues with the game.
