I swear I have tried every combination of auto sub in/out and I simply cannot get my backups in the game.

I had out at 85 and in at 100.....I never got my backup RB any carries....

What gives?

Experts a little help please....

I did the same thing to no avail. I guess it's broken.

Quarter Length has a lot to do with it i play 6 mins and have 85 out and i see subs in pretty often.

I've experienced the same problem. I put my backup QB in a few sets to give him some reps, and for my rb's i put the back one in like 5 or 6 different sets. Only thing is you have to do it during every game because there is no way to save it like it was in previous years

Yeah I'm playing 8 minute quarters and still nothing.

Just sucks when you recruit that stud RB and you still have a rock solid Sr.

Real life the frosh would see some carries and provide that change of pace.....here, you get nothing.

Something so simple as fatigue and they didnt get it right....again.

Use the different packages in each formation; they're kind of like formation subs.

Yea... To get my back up RB some carries I use the "Spell HB" package. I also run a lot of Dual HB packages to throw to 2 RB's in the flats instead of 1 RB and 1 FB.

I agree though... I WANT GLOBAL PACKAGES BACK TOO! You have depth on your team, and want to take advantage of that...But the developers can get this right...So what is the point of a 53 man roster

I have situations where I want a different DE in, or I want to exchange CB's for Safeties in certain formations...

I really want the global packages back to set my Special Teams too...I used to put in all the bench guys w/ high run-block ratings to give my team a better chance returning kicks/punts. Now w/ this stupid game you have all most all your starters in on your special teams formations. ********!
