Does anyone know of a site or of a utility that shows all the plays in all the playbooks for the 360 version? I remember such a utility was availble for the PS2 back in the day and it was really a nice utility (I think it was a spreadsheet). Thanks in advance

I believe DJWill put something together over at VGSports and actually posted a link here about 2 weeks ago. You may have to search for it, but I can try to find it for ya. It's pretty nice though. It has all of the playbooks in a spreadsheet.

You can find a spreadsheet that I put together here.

However, if you're wanting something that will allow you to do some specific searching or see play art, that won't help (something else on that site might, but it isn't free).
