what do you do when you make a pitch and it takes for ever for the pitch to complete, and you see the recruits mood changing?? i know that you are supposed to complete the pitch, but arent you doing more harm than good by letting him hang up on you???

If their mood starts to go down, don't complete the pitch. Find something they like and get their mood back up. then go to the one that wasnt working out and try to swat them again.

what if you know this is a big one like they ask to see the weight room, and you are pitching facilities????
