I never sent one back...but I did get the Madden with the draft class glitch a few years back, and I received a new one within 4-5 days.

Actually the crappy design of the 360 has sometimes caused discs to crack while in the machine.

The PS2 used create circular scratches on games for no reason.

My 360 did that permanent ring thing on my discs. It wasted Tiger Woods 07 on it's first go around-completely! never had a cracked disc though.

My 360 cracked my ncaa disc too. I just bought a new one figuring neither the store, EA, nor MS would replace.
