finally got it to work .... thanks mainly to ODoggs tutorial, much appreciated! Now I can finally get a dynasty started.

Just curious, my transfer kit came with two different usb chords, one black, one white? They both look the same otherwise, why two?

The white one is for the 360,while the black one is for the original xbox.
