I super sim defense always. Keeps the int's and 3rd down conversions from making me smash the disk.
Seems to work well.
I dont like doing whole games with it though as they seem to always wind up 50 point shootouts.

I must agree that turnovers for the cpu are far fewer when you super sim your defense.

Yup and can play games faster.

I supersim on defense.
