I sold NCAA so long ago. I remember being so frustrated trying to throw long passes. I wasn't trying to abuse them but every time they were under thrown and intercepted..

There are ways to lead a receiver to fix that. The deep ball is still flawed but it can be improved. However, I have yet to overthrow a WR on a deep route, even in practice. Its always on the money or a bit short.

So does this patch fix things? Does the cpu still throw 3+ ints a game, every game? I sold my game last week but would consider buying a used copy if the ints were fixed.

On AA I think I have boosted the cpu to 55 while I think human accuracy is good at 40 on both AA and Heisman. The only reason I boosted the cpu on AA is to make them more dangerous in the passing game and counter their ints. Default is quite fine really for the cpu although on Heisman you might want to drop it to around 35-40.

That's the main thing I'd like to know as well before I purchase another copy. It seems if the db reactions really are toned down then it would eliminate the warping ints as well as ints where a guy breaks on the ball despite not being able to see it.

That just leaves the direct throw to the CB covering the flat, which I was having decent success avoiding by not calling plays where CB stay in the flats. As frustrated as I got with the game on many occasions, I always felt if there was just one or 2 fewer CPU ints per game on average then I'd really enjoy it.

I have to lug my PS3 and TV upstairs in order to download anything. What's the word, Rudy? Are you still sticking with what you said about this not doing much? I don't want to bother if it's not a fairly dramatic difference.
