Online questions?

Hello, I just played my first 4 games online this morning. I have read different posts on some of my questions but im wondering if those that play online a lot will give some definitive answers for me.

1. All 4 of my games this morning was so laggy that I couldnt get into any rhythm kicking/passing at all, are all of the games like this or did I have bad experience? (I have a very good internet connection)

2. I played 3 ranked games and 1 unranked and the unranked game did not show on my record but the guy I was playing quit in the 3rd so im wondering if unranked games will not show up at all? I know they dont count toward ranking but I was wondering on total record.
