What's a good team to start out with? I'd like a team that I could rebuild, but with an agile QB.

just off the top of my head...west virginia with a freshman Pat White and I am pretty sure Dennis Dixon would be lurking somewhere on Oregon's depth chart

also, I know it's not exactly a rebuild but there was this guy at Texas I hear was pretty good
