The ones last year were nearly identical to who ended up on it.

Wouldn't they put McFadden on even if he did declare? Harrington and Palmer were both in the NFL when their respective covers came out. This could be different if McFadden leaves early, but I don't see it being any other running back at this point.

think about it. Offensive ROY 2008. 1 year after exit from ncaa like most if not all cover athletes. One of the best rookie performances of past decade.

I think he meant that for it to be McFadden he must declare eligible for the draft. I dont think a current NCAA player can make the cover of NCAA football. Maybe I am wrong.
