Why in the hell do half the recruits have visors, after a couple years, everyone playing will have visors? Please tell me there is something that can be done about this, otherwise, I'm tempted to not play dynasty...

Only thing you can do is edit their equipment.

I know. i only edit my team. It sucks that so many recruits have visors and hardly any of them have gloves.

The tons of players without gloves is one of those smaller detail things that really bugged me.
