Does it run at 60fps on the ps3 or is it choppy like madden?

It's 30 FPS but there is less choppiness than Madden. BTW, choppiness is due mire to framerate instability than the actual framerate number.

Online is horride but offline isnt that bad

i personally found it way to choppy and unresponsive. after playing a 2k sports game at 60 fps i cannot get used to 30.

That's what I was wondering. I had both for the 360 and when I bought the PS3 and rented Madden it was unplayable.

I played a lot of 08 on the PS3, and I thought the framrate was okay, but I had a similar experience as squaremaker - after playing things like Assassin's Creed, COD4 and NBA 2K8, NCAA took a pretty big hit in my eyes. It's passable, but that's about it.
