Sadly yes. Every year a safety from my team breaks the record for INTs on the year. The worst was when my safety had 18 INTs on the year... 18. I didn't even play as him.
What is the most INTs you have seen by one QB in a game? Most I've gotten is 8 (play 7 minute quarters).
