Am I the only one who still plays 08?

I haven't stopped playing since the patch. I'm year 11 into my Rutgers dynasty. I've learned to do what i used to do back in the sega genesis days and just play the game as real as a video game will allow, turnovers and all.


I kind of like the T.O.'s now anyway. especially since the patch has seemed like it turned the amount down. probably just a placebo effect since i don't care anymore.

I quit playin in Sept. The game wasn't quite what I expected. I picked it back up in Dec. and started a new Dynasty and I'm about burned out again. There's just a whole lot missing and the CPU AI is worse than ever. I've played it a good bit and it can be alright at times, but it's just missing too much. 7 years of playing a game and then they cut stuff out. I do like the recruiting where I've read that many think it's too much.

Did the patch fix the turnovers issue? Dam I have a weakness for football games. I still play NCAA 07 on the XBOX.

Just horrible gameplay. If I wasn't so involved in my dynasty, I wouldn't played it as long as I did.

The passing game is totally broken and the running game was hit and miss. Couple that with no atmosphere and general boredom and I think at face value it was a disaster.

I still play it from time to time and still enjoy it. When I get bored I start a new campus legend at a new position. Unlike most others, I really enjoy 08. It's a great game to me.
