Based on the team ratings screens that Steve posted, here is my version of the updated list for NCAA 09 (any team not listed had an authentic stadium last year):

If this is the case, I think it's sad that they still won't have every single stadium in the game.

Agreed.

Instead of complaining about this game all summer I think I will either wait until it comes out to try it or just not purchase it at all. I really thought it would be further along by now.

Things like no endzone art in bowl games, generic stadiums, etc. were fine the first year on next genereation systems. I even let it slide the second year. This year I was expecting a bit more. I should of known better.

Thanks for the list. As a Northwestern fan- we do exist-, there's no way I'm buying this game if Ryan Field is not included. As other have said, I don't understand how EA can render like 110 stadiums and not have the time- or not bother- to render the other 10 or so.
