Another thing that I am liking is how EA added the players helping each other up after plays. 1 play an opposing player even helped his opponent up. Really adds life to the game, something EA has been lacking for years. The game definitely looks more organic.

Surprised it let me watch the first video; thought I had cancelled my Insider acct awhile back. The game still seems boring in single player to me - I thought the early h2h IGN vids actually looked somewhat fun (despite being unrealistic). I hate the QB anims. The cpu did seem methodical in the way it was attacking I guess (better than it did from what I know of last year's game). Really not seeing anything in the way of last gen momentum that people are saying. There was variety on the tackles but... the game still seems too "mechanical" to me. Definitely an evolution of '08, not a revolution

Couple quick things:

First play on the safety blitz: The safeties did not wai until the snall to blitz. He started to run towards the line before snap

Agree that the players are not nearly as "stiff" looking as last year. Very smooth

Backs do a good job of picking up not only blitzes but dl that bust through

WR blocking pretty well downfield

OL Blocking is certainly better than 08. I formation - Dive right- The left guard pulled and cut the DE on the run side. He got there in plenty of time as compared to last years day late dollar short. Bad thing was the human controller didn't hit hole very fast and the opposite side LB who blitzed, made the tackle.

Love how the CPU DB's will move before snap. (ie. be bump and run and then all of a sudden they back off before the snap.)

Not every ball in the D hands are picked.

The CPU snaps the ball really fast when they aren't using an audible or doing motion. No time to read formations and do defensive adjustments. Hopefully this isn't the norm and they at least go through a cadence of some sort before snapping ball.

dont know if this was in 08 or not but at the end of the first quarter the players walked back to their sidelines...
