Awesome! So, when we play other Users, will all the numbers and small appearance changes still appear or will it go back to the original roster? Or will it be that every time we change something and save, it saves for everybody else??

Yes they will if you play a game then when the commish updates the dynasty to move into a new week your roster changes will be saved with the master file.
