The answer is still yes. The Orange Bowl game will continue to be played at Dolphin Stadium.

even when the home field was the orange bowl for the canes, playing at Dolphin Stadium was ALWAYS a home game for the canes since they are and the stadium is in MIAMI.

It's really no different than UCLA with the Rose Bowl is it? Though UCLA isn't likely to win the PAC-10 as often as Miami wins the ACC.
