Will NCAA 09 continue to have DDE problems?

Can't say I've had DDE problems with NCAA since I only rented it once but EA discs have definitely given me problems. It's not just about your xbox, it's been a game by game basis with me. I've played more COD4 than probably any other game I have and never once have I gotten a DDE. Meanwhile I had terrible problems with NHL 08 and got a DDE every 2 or 3 times I played. Same with FIFA 08 and once in awhile with EURO 08. Otherwise maybe once or twice with College Hoops 2K8 but nothing too drastic. Taking the disc out when every time I turn off the box has helped but it makes no sense to me when COD was the only game I played for a solid month and I never took it out of my xbox and nothing ever happened. Meanwhile no matter what I do with EA discs problems will still pop up now and then.
