Dynasty position battles

I figured this might be a fun thread and I would like to see what others think.

So what is the key position battle you're going to have during your first year of dynasty?

For me its trying to decide who to start at QB for Baylor.

These are the quarterbacks on the roster (Kirby Freeman was left off of the Baylor roster by EA)

I have a couple of thoughts on the Baylor QB situation.

I could start Syzmanski, as he is the better overall QB, redshirt Grifin and Florence. If the line is so horrible and the defense is getting a ton of pressure on us I could always bring in Sanders who has some speed to help me get out of trouble

I also look at Griffin and I think he is just too good to sit. I could still Redshirt Florence. While his THA isn't as good as Syzmanski (only 4 points its not like Syzmanski is deadly with his accuracy), his athletic abillty more then makes up for it.

With Baylor being pretty bad across the board as far as ratings, do I want to waste a year of Griffin's time and start him this year, or put the JR Syzmaski out there and or bring in Sanders if I want a running threat so I can get an extra year out of Griffin?

What do you guys think?

I think in this day and age, you have to get the best players on the field immediately. Looks like Griffin could turn into something special.

I'd roll with Griffin. His speed is crazy and you can take some bumps in the road with Baylor.

What type of offense are you running?

I will go with Griffin just off numbers, but i don't who is the current starter i'm guessing Blake. A matter of fact just by looking at the ratings you listed I dont know why Blake is rated 3 points hire than Griffin.

I know we've had this discussion before Dookie since we'll be using the same team in our dynasty's but I will say it again for the purposes of this thread. I am going with Griffin. I dont have a problem playing a freshman stud. I think he offers that particular team the best chance to win with its current roster.

If this was an already established team or a team with a GREAT QB already, I might think otherwise. But its not, this team is pitiful and will need a PLAYMAKER at the QB position. The O-Line is bad and I will need a guy who can scramble. And the RBs are bad so I will need a guy who can get yards with his feet to keep the chains moving without having to resort to passing all the time while also keeping the clock moving keeping our bad defense off the field.

Also, I think if he plays to his potential, he will only be available to me for 3 years anyway. May as well get 3 years of him as a starter rather than 2.

Well since I'll be going with Western Kentucky, the biggest battle is at QB...but I may what Florida did with Leak & Tebow....

My thoughts: So far I'll probably go with Wolke, the Senior transfer from Notre Dame and bring in Black for about 10-15 plays per game.
