As Ohio State..

1) Beat Michigan
2) Win a National Championship/B10 Title
3) Continue recruiting success
4) Win the Heisman with Beanie
5) Work my talented freshman into the lineup.. (I.E. Pryor, Posey, Stoneburner, Sabino, Adams, Brewster, Shugarts, Thomas)

As Syracuse(on Hiesman)

1) Get a lot of offensive help in recruiting

2) Win 6 games

3) Win a bowl game
