I'll play as the worst team in a small real stadium, then I'll play in a very large stadium with a good team. I want to see how the dynamic crowd really works.

I could be wrong, but I think in exhibition games, all teams will start with full stadiums. At least that's how it's worked in the past, as well as in other games.
