Ncaa09 PS3 vs 360: Res

Hey guys

Pretty important question. I planned on getting ncaa 09 on PS3. Since I joined a online dynasty with a group of good guys from this board.

Well I have a question about, 360 vs PS3 signals.

On NCAA 08 for 360 the signals are 720p, 1080i, 1080p

Will ncaa 09 360 have the same signals?
Will the PS3 version ONLY 720p are will it have the same signals as 360?

I have both and honestly I don't know what it is for the PS3.

Adam has said that the PS3 will only support 720p. It's in multiple threads here.

For most games on both systems the recommended image is 720P.

PS3 is 720p, 360 is simply a 720p upscaled to 1080p, so there's not too much difference in the end. To the OP, I honestly wouldn't worry about resolution, they are going to like by and large the same. Besides, it's not like you're going to have two TV's side-by-side, each running a version of the game, so you're never going to tell a difference.

He is concerned because he doesn't have 720P and the PS3 doesn't scale 720P to 1080I for all games like the 360 does. That at least used to be true. If anyone has an article or whatever to the opposite effect, please post.

Oh, he should've specified. The last I've heard, nothing has changed on that front.
