I must be having a bad day - where the heck is the package menu this year on 360? What button do I press or screen do I go to to bring it up?

It took me forever to find this also, and I just found out how. In the formation screen just move the right stick left or right. I wanted this so I could put Percy Harvin in the backfield without changing the depth chart.
