Is it in the game still?

Because it seems to not say anything when I press the R stick up or down.

It is in. You have to flick the R stick within 1 second of the snap.

You just won't be prompted which you've committed.

ive seen some people get all their players lighted up by holding RT and R stick down or up

Oh and did you guys know JTS was in for the user? It's the LT button.
