howdo the sub in/out sliders work?

as in what does lowering or raising the frequency do for in/out im not sure and wanted some clarification, I know it affects the subbing of players, but how? if sub in is at 70 and sub out is at 70 what does that mean?: any help would be great

Re: howdo the sub in/out sliders work?

Sub out is when they reach that level of fatigue they are subbed out. Sub in is when they return. So a Sub out of 75 with a sub in at 80 means they get subbed when the fatigue hits 75 and subbed back in when their fatigue raises 80.

Having a sub in and out exactly the same wouldn't make much since and probably wouldn't do anything. Not even sure you can make them the same.
