If you deleted it from your system, you should be able to download it again. However we did have one case where the only way to fix the dynasty was to obliterate it from the locker. If this happened to you, then you will have lost it because you deleted the save. I don't know what the odds of this are though. We worked off of 6 test cases and one of them was like this, so maybe 16% chance?

We believe that the file was uploaded into someone else's locker. So when the week is advanced, your game file isn't there and the game is simmed.

No, you're right. We are not happy about these bugs that we had to fix post ship. That cuts into the dev cycle for 2010.

And since we never encountered this during testing, it was the great support by the game community that has helped us figure this out and fix it.

Should be out pretty soon. I know we are already testing a fix on the dev servers.
