Whats up with these missing mascots?

I was checking and the Oregon Duck (the mascot that attacks other mascots) and the Wazzu Cougar is not in the game, i think the Oregon State Beaver isnt either. I know there are a couple others but these were in the old ncaa games and in the Wii version so what gives?

I hate not having the Rutgers Scarlet Knight, either one of them to be honest. The real knight on his horse or the cartoon knight that patrols the stadium. I find it funny they would have a background image of the mascot when you select Rutgers as your favorite team, but yet not include him in the game.

The Duck has never made an appearance. I'm still waiting for that day when I can actually play the Mascot mashup with Donald and his webbed feet, but alas to use Donald requires permission from Disney, which requires them to pay $$$$ for the likeness.

I'm pretty sure Donald was in MM 08, so I see no reason why they can't use him for NCAA 09

Is'nt ESPN owned by Disney? This game has ESPN "integration", so I dont see why they could'nt use Donald.
