Player Rating Question?

With all of the problems with sliders, CPU throwing short passes, CPU not running enough..or for yardage. I just looked at "Play Recognition Rating. No one on the offense side of the ball has over a 40 on my NC team. Is this rating only for the Defense, or should it go both ways. Looks like the Offense would use this rating also. Any comments?

I think I am going to up this rating and give it a game or two to check out the CPU running game and overall QB performance.

It's for defense only. It's for how fast a guy can regcognize a play and react on it.
