Job Offers in Online Dynasty Approach

Guys,

Forgive me for beating a dead horse, but my online league has been trying to come up with a way to handle the job offers issue. I was wondering if anyone tried to convert the dynasty to an offline one for just long enough to get job offers, then convert back to an online dynasty. I was wondering if I may run into any issues with doing this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated. Again, sorry for bringing up another topic that you may be sick of. I spent a while searching for answers on the board, but I couldn't find anything specific to this.
