Rather than Explain, check this out, this however is not the best. I have some more I need to load up, but as you can see, if you time it right once that DB gets behind me he's done. Nothing he can do to defend it.

If that's what it is, then everyone person on the Madden Bus is guilty of using it. All of the top tourney players exploit the game in one way or another, and this is one of the top moves. It's kind of hilarious.

One thing about this video that I notice a great deal of guys do when you blitz is, they take 1 step up and as soon as they do that the blitz is nullified because the outside blitzers will run inside and get vacuumed.

Yeah, that video doesn't actually show rocket-catching like I thought. It just shows the over-effectiveness of regular user catching.
