Can You Change The CPU's Uniform?

I thought it worked with just one controller.

i would select the cpu team change their uniform then back out of it.

Then play with my team.

If you have 2 controlers just turn both on selct your team with the first player and then select the second team with the 2nd control and pick an alternate uni you want each team or one team to wear hit start and after ur game starts up just go to choose sides and move conrtoler number 2 back to the center and turn it off. The team will wear an alternate uni and you wont loose your chance of getting gamerpoints cause you never switched sides. Hopefully that makes sense.

I don't think you can pick their uni by switching it and then backing out and going to your team.

Of course, if you change your uniform, specifically the color of your top, it will change the CPU's also so that you do not match on the field. Thats probably why some people think it works.

Good point... It could reset once you go over a Uni that clashes... like all whites vs. all whites.

Using two controllers, be sure to pick the home team's uniforms first. This will limit the choices of the away teams. The home team's choice always overrides the away team's choice. Also, so as not to advance prematurely, move both controllers to their respective sides first, select home team's uniform and advance, select away team's uniform and advance.
