thats true. i really never fell the need to do them though, so it doesn't bother me if its not in.

Bogus. I tried every combination alone in practice. They're not in the game this year. If you did anything, you did the pylon dive.

Anyway, for those of you who don't know what celebratory end zone flips/somersaults are or say you'd never do them, you don't know what you're missing.

They look -- or looked -- much better than the lame TD celebrations and mascot celebrations that are in the game. As for the whole penalty thing, it's a moot point. Mascot celebrations and high-stepping into the end zone would draw a flag too, so that can't be the reason why Tiburon cut end zone flips from the game.

Re: Endzone Dives

Yeah all the cool dives don't exist in the real game...Has anyone seen the "convoy blocking" that was in the trailers or the animation when the "RB shuffles" his feet real fast before picking a hole. They were both advertised, and I have yet to see either.

Yeah, to do the stutter step, move your Left Stick, left then right quickly without using the sprint button to do it, takes a little bit of practice to make it happen, the key is not sprinting.

Interesting. I definitely saw the convoy blocking in the demo, but I'm not sure I've seen it in the finished game. In the demo, I picked off a pass and my teammates escorted me to the end zone and raised their arms in celebration before I scored.

Has anyone seen that in the finished game? Link to a replay if you have one.

As for the feet shuffling, it's in there. Quickly toggle the left analog stick left to right or right to left.

Re: Endzone Dives

It seems that it has to be a certain situation. Like running for the corner and trying to beat the d to the pylon. I have done two types airborne dives, 1 handed and 2 handed.
As far as open field when no one is around, you have to let up off the turbo and from like the 2 yard line in, hit the square (PS3) they will do some type of dive or sommersault.
I will say i have not tried it from the middle of the field, but will try tonight when i get off from work.
