Am I the only one that cannot figure out how to do this?!?!

Need help on how to do this. Am I just missing something or am I just plain ********

Whenever I click upload it says "The Upload process did not complete successfully."

I know that currently I can not upload any pics from my online dynasty, however I can upload videos. Are you doing it from your shrine I'm assuming?

Won't let me do pics or videos. I've tried from the shrine and the My NCAA tab on the main menu.

Any help with this would be great. Is it a Dynasty problem. Is because of the Roster Download?
