Re: Toughest Places to Play

The Big House in its day was intimidating and a tough place to play. Its been years of Lloyd Carr destroying that legacy however. Now with R.R. the Maze and Blue will be back to tormenting their opponents in a few short years. This year is a wash and I understand how bad they are. I don't know how they cracked the top 25. Over rated for sure this year.

Growing up thou man was the Orange Bowl insane. Probably the greatest home turf advantage ever!

Yeah.. if you get a 58 game win streak and aren't #1, something must be wrong! I got Brighthouse Networks Stadium to #1 by winning a bunch of games in a row.

Michigan starts at #14, iirc, and I was up to #3 after three years, and that's even with a couple home losses.

Re: Toughest Places to Play

I had a 66 game win streak at Lane on NCAA08 and never made it higher than #6. Florida, Penn State, and LSU on the other hand could have 2 and 3 game loosing streaks and never leave the top 5.
Has the criteria for NCAA 09 been changed OMT?

Not sure. There are a lot of factors like home record, win streak, crowd size, conference... I couldn't get UCF up there in 2008, but I couldn't get them in at all and assumed it was because they had a generic stadium. But 09 with an authentic stadium I was able to get to #1. I think I had like a 180 game winning streak lol.
